The Doctrine of Revelation | Systematic Theology Class 3
I'm teaching an 8 week course on ST for my church. Here's Class #3
I earned a Master’s degree in systematic theology under some of the best evangelical theologians in the world. I’ve been using that knowledge I gained under them here and there in my personal ministry with Athletes In Action and occasionally in my podcast, Parker’s Pensées. But mostly I was just sitting on it and studying philosophy instead.
But now I’m teaching a ST course at my local church and it’s all been coming back to me. It’s been so rewarding to dive back into theology and try to convey it in an interesting and approachable way to my fellow congregants.
As I teach my church, I'll also record the lessons and share them with you here on Parker’s Ponderings, or on my Patreon, or on my YouTube channesl for my members there. This is my way of providing extra perks for those of you who help support my work and it’s a way of funding my work for my church. It’s a win-win.
So if you’re a paid subscriber here, enjoy this class session on the doctrine of revelation, it’s about an hour of teaching and 20 minutes of Q&A with an 8 second guess appearance from Wes Huff. And also enjoy the rest of the 8 week course.
“Where’s class number 2 on the doctrine of God?” You ask? I messed up the recording process and I don’t have it. But I am re-recording the session and will hopefully have it ready to release later this week.
You’ll also find the class handout—which is an analytical outline of the class contents—below as well so you can follow along.
Thanks for all the support and if you’re a free subscriber, please consider upgrading to paid to get access to these classes, other exclusive essays and videos and zoom calls, and to help me continue pursuing this kind of independent scholarship and teaching.
